Things To Do in Big Bear Lake This 4th of July!

Ooh and Aah at the 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular
Exploding at 7,000’ over scenic Big Bear Lake, the Fireworks Spectacular consistently ranks top 5 in California, and can be viewed from the shore, the water, and some trail points. The free show begins between 8:45-9:15pm, and runs approximately 30-40 minutes.
Above the Boom
Take your 4th of July festivities to new heights at the Above the Boom fireworks viewing party. This event features a Scenic Sky Chair ride through the San Bernardino National Forest, a DJ, and panoramic views from the top of Snow Summit. Take a Cruise on the Miss Liberty Paddlewheel Boat
Board the Miss Liberty Paddlewheel Tour Boat at Pine Knot Marina, and enjoy a cruise around Big Bear Lake where you can watch fireworks explode right over your head! Dock departure is at 8pm, and the tour returns to the dock upon completion of the fireworks show.
Shop and Play
The whole family will enjoy two days of fun at the Big Bear Lake Independence Day Fair. Stroll through the stalls where you can purchase arts and crafts, collectables, clothing, jewelry, soaps, location, and more! There is also live entertainment, kids activities and a bouncy house!
Play a Round Under the Stars
Come play a round of golf under the stars at Bear Mountain Golf Course July 1st and 2nd. All Glow Golf reservations include cart rental, green fees, one glow ball, and dinner at the Club House Grill. All ages and abilities are welcome to join in on the fun, but spaces are limited.
Stop by Big Bear Valley Farmer’s Market On Your Way Out of Town
Every Tuesday during the summer months, from 8:30am to 1:00pm, you can purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, arts, crafts, health products, and a large selection of collectibles at this outdoor market. Grab some snacks for the car ride home, and a souvenir to remember your magical Independence Day weekend in Big Bear!
